This is a 2006 Fender Special Run American Telecaster QMT HH guitar in gorgeous gloss Tobacco Sunburst finish over a beautiful Quilt Maple Top.

This limited edition FSR (Fender Special Run) Tele was produced by Fender for only two years - this one being from 2006 has the 60th Anniversary badge on the back of the headstock.

This instrument is in excellent, almost new condition with virtually no player wear. It plays seriously well with a light, low action and a good setup. Very little fret wear to speak of.

Tonally, this QMT Tele sits nicely between a Les Paul and a Telecaster, as you might expect. The Atomic II humbuckers are a powerful pickup with plenty of bite - similar to a Seymour Duncan JB - but managing to keep some of that Fender clarity and without any harsh midrange spike. These pickups can cover any genre, from jazz and clean blues to the heaviest of rock. 

This is a nicely presented Fender Special Run Tele with a spectacular quilted top, well looked after by its current owner, but now looking for a new home.

Comes in its original Fender hard poly case in excellent condition.
