These tie up valances are custom made in the relaxed roman shade style, and can be tied with grosgrain ribbon or matching fabric to your desired finished length. These valances are available in three unfolded lengths: 24", 30" and 36" long and can be tied up to valance lengths of approximately 10" - 20" long. Longer length are available. This valance is made of high quality home decor fabric of 100% cotton or cotton/linen and fully lined. All seams are constructed by machine, and the face of each shade is completely seam-free with no exposed stitching, giving it a modern, seamless design. Much care is taken to center the patterns of the fabric within the shade, and to carefully line up the patterns across multiple shades. Pictured Valance has a total length of 24", tied up to approximately 12" long. Tie-up length depends upon thickness and quantity of folds at bottom.

These valances are intended to be decorative in a stationary position (they do not move up/down unless untied). They are available both for inside mount and outside mount, as follows:

Inside Mount:
To mount inside the window, shade is simply hung from a tension rod within the window. (Tension rod not included)

Outside Mount:
To mount outside the window, valance may be hung from a decorative drapery rod (may use clip rings also) or continental/curved rod (rods not included).

Other mounting alternatives include Velcro as well as back tabs. Please contact me for more information.

Please state your desired fabric choice and valance dimensions, preference for inside or outside mount (if inside mount, please deduct a total of 1/4" from the total inside width dimension of your window to allow for a nice smooth fit within your window frame). I am happy to work with custom fabrics as well and would be happy to recommend a site for you to shop, or you may supply your own fabric.   Please message me for details or for any questions you may have.
